Job Description for Business Analyst with ACBS(Advanced Commercial Banking system) Location: Pune Exp: 12-16 Yrs SPOC: Flossey Saldhana Key Skills: Business Analysis, Core Banking, ACBS Job Description: Primary Skills - Core Banking SME Secondary Skills - ACBS product experience/Data Analysist o Banking Domain SME with data analysis skills. o Provide functional inputs related to Core banking (Deposits/Lending/consumer) source systems and their attributes. o Should have strong experience on SQL along with Banking Domain. o Participate and contribute to architecture and data modelling discussions. o Help in requirement gathering and documenting the scope. o Support the onsite and offshore teams in realizing the requirements and Data vaults design. o Perform functional testing of data domain products. o Interaction with business and other stakeholders to get any input or clarification to questions from offshore team. o Perform any product demos to customer stake holders along with other leads. o Must have experience working on FIS - ACBS product (Rebranded as Commercial Loan Serving and Syndication) o Mid/senior level experience in IT software project delivery or business / tech roles. 10+ years of experience in Banking project as a BA. 5+ years’ experience as an Agile project BA / Sr. BA Familiarity with Data analysis, particularly running basic SQL query to check the data source and mapping of where the data is coming from is required. Excellent written and verbal skills - the BA will heavily be engaged in business meetings, facilitation / elicitation workshops. Excellent ability to engage business stakeholders, document business requirements, impart the business requirements domain understanding to the development team. A go-getter, curious and analytically minded analyst who does not mind questioning the status quo and understands how to position constructive point of views without making it a conflict. Strong work ethics, self-initiated - someone who is not waiting for instructions to deliver value. Experience as a Data analyst is a MUST."
