At **Nova Studios HQ**, we are a creative marketing consultancy that works with a diverse range of brands to deliver innovative, impactful solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized **Sales Assistant** to support our growing business development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- **Proposal & Documentation**:

- Assist in creating, formatting, and sending proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.
- Maintain templates and ensure proposals are aligned with company branding and offerings.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM or internal systems.
- Update and maintain sales reports, trackers, and status sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, operations) to ensure deliverables for clients.
- **Market & Client Research**:

- Research potential clients and help with lead generation.
- Gather relevant data to tailor proposals and pitches.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the sales calendar and help with scheduling internal meetings.
- Assist the Sales Manager/Founder with day-to-day sales support activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing or creative services is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
