**Job Title**: Marketing Executive
**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Office-based)
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Job Role**:As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a strategic mindset to manage social media, create engaging content, and optimize ad performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, with a special focus on LinkedIn.
- Plan and create engaging and attractive graphics, collaborating with designers if required.
- Use tools like ChatGPT to draft, refine, or ideate compelling content for marketing purposes.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and benchmark against them.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media management, especially LinkedIn, including content planning and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark; ability to guide designers to create impactful visuals.
- Strong English communication skills for content creation and editing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, and analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content generation and idea development.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
