**Job Description (2d Background Artist)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Generation**: Demonstrate creativity by generating diverse backgrounds such as forests, cities, and modern interiors, while maintaining consistency with the overall aesthetic of the project.
- **Adherence to Established Designs**: Follow established design guidelines and style references to ensure continuity and coherence throughout the project.
- **Neatness and Methodical Approach**: Maintain a neat and methodical working style to ensure efficiency and accuracy in your work.
- **Understanding of Animation Process**: Familiarize yourself with the 2D animation process, including camera mechanics, to create backgrounds that seamlessly integrate with the animation sequences.
- **Effective Communication**: Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, including animators, art directors, and fellow artists.
- **Strong Team Player**: Work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the collective success of the project.
- **Independence and Self-Management**: Work with mínimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- **Deadline Management**: Deliver high-quality background artwork on schedule, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- **Receptiveness to Feedback**: Be open to receiving constructive feedback and willing to make necessary adjustments to your work to meet the project's requirements and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CS tools and higher versions.
- Strong understanding of color theory, light, and shadow.
- Ability to create immersive environments with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with 2D animation principles and camera mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective team-working abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on work to achieve desired outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
