- **Operational Strategies**:
1. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Regular auditing and enhancement of existing operational strategies.
- **Budgeting**:
1. Managing departmental budgets. (Inventory, Petty Cash, Pantry.)
2. Broader financial planning in alignment with organizational goals.
3. Cost Reduction.
- **Branch SOP’s**:
1. Create standard operating procedures for all branches.
2. Create standard training and auditing modules.
3. From the same interior design to the same snacks and crockery, create SOPs for the same.
4. Create standard protocols to be followed by the employees. (Like cleanliness protocol etc.)
- **Customer Service**:
1. Improve customer service.
2. Refine existing customer service guidelines and implement new ones.
3. Reduce response times to customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Improve the quality and speed of delivery of products and services.
5. Increase customer engagement and develop strong customer relationships.
- **Inventory Management**:
1. Managing and keeping a record of both medical (medicines etc.) and non-medical (pantry, sweeping, snacks etc.) inventory.
2. Inventory tracking, stock control, demand forecasting, storage management, Inventory valuation, Cycle counting, Order management (Just-In-Time strategies) etc.
- **Quality Control**:
1. ISO Certification: Adopting international standards to ensure consistent quality in processes and products.
2. Regular auditing of the beverages and snacks served to the patients.
3. Resolving quality related issues.
- **Supply Chain Management**:
1. Oversee the logistics, distribution and returns.
2. Oversee demand management, inventory management, supplier relationship management, risk management etc.
3. Resolve Patient complaints related to supply.
- **Hiring, Training, Auditing and Termination**:
2. Creation of standard training modules and auditing modules including random auditing procedures.
- **Technological Integration**:
1. Include RPA into operations.
2. Research on useful technological advancements.
3. Addition of relevant software.
- **Oversee Front Desk Operations**:
1. Hiring, training and managing front desk executives.
2. Auditing.
3. Solving problems out of control of FDE.
4. Keep a check on customer service provided.
5. Forming protocols for customer service.
- **Personalization**:
1. Improving customer experiences through personalized services.
2. Include relevant AI or other technological systems focussing on personalization.
- **Expansion Strategies**:
1. Strategies and plans for the development of new branches. (Including location, budgeting, standard space needed etc.)
2. Handle the operational aspects of expansion for specific branches.
3. Expansion strategies across the organisation.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
