**What this job involves**:
Putting safety in your hands
First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. The Community Ambassador is responsible for supporting the site team in forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience at the site where he/she is based. Support the delivery of a comprehensive and consistent range of services at the site with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Help to develop client support and feedback initiatives and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to enhance relationships.
JLL is currently reshaping our workplace property service delivery and this role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading-edge facilities and workplace services that align to JLL’s “The Future of Work” methodology.

You Should Manage & oversee soft services as part of the scope delivered where required.
Review operational SOPs & propose/make changes as part of continuous improvement. Ensure the delivery of the account’s Human Experience Roadmap at the site and ensure the delivery of all operational requirements to uplift workplace experience, community engagement, and a sense of wellness and well-being at the site. You should support all regional initiatives such as user experience programs, JLL system rollouts, regional training programs/workshops, food & beverage, transportation, wellness, community engagement, digitalization of the workplace, sustainability, and D&I. Create, manage JLL profile within the client account
You should ensure the monthly performance report is generated to meet SLA standards and review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance analysis. You should Drive the site team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the Account plan & SLA. Actively encourage an environment that drive teamwork, cooperation & performance excellence
Core facilities management skills
If you’re a graduate in any discipline, you will most likely qualify for this role. A Bachelor’s in a related field and work experience of five to eight (5-8) years, five (5) of which should be related to all aspects of soft services workplace (FM) delivery at the account level. Able to manage 24*7 working environment, transportation, Food & beverages, and soft services. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Outstanding team prowess
Are you equipped to set up a team to success? Can you also play to your strengths and work effectively as a team member? If yes, that’s great—the ability to bring about positive changes and follow through with them will come in handy for this role. Comprehension of M&E services to ensure services are managed, although technical qualification/background is not mandatory. One or more globally/regionally recognized certifications in Facility management, PMP, Health and Safety, Human Experience, etc., would be an asset.
