**Job Opening: ADI Studio**

**Architect/ Interior Designers**
- (Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience)_
- Assisting the Principal Architect across all phases of the project from developing initial design concepts to client presentations to onsite coordination during execution. Key focus areas include the following:

- Production of Presentation drawings & Construction Drawing Packages, with particular emphasis on furniture detailing.
- Completing 3D Rendering for various project proposals.
- Co-ordination with various vendors, sourcing materials, ordering samples, and compiling detailed schedule documents, including FFE, fixtures & hardware.
- Site visits and site coordination.
- Ability to work within part of a larger project team, including liaising with contractors, coordinating the design work with outside consultants, and communicating with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Have extensive AutoCAD, Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling experience is mandatory. Hand sketching abilities are a bonus.
- Interest in Product Design, Branding & Graphic design
- Strong client-facing personality with verbal and communication skills to interact with demanding clientele.
- Go-getter and no-compromise attitude in ensuring work done get on time and under budget
- Problem solver who can think quickly and solve onsite issues during installation and provide guidance to team and clients.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
