**Job Overview**

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote IFM EDU ACADEMY’s training programs and drive student enrollments. This role involves fieldwork, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential students, educational institutions, and corporate clients to promote IFM EDU’s programs.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase course offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for student enrollments.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and telecalling efforts.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career opportunities in Facilities Management.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems with client interactions.
- Travel to meet clients and attend events.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
