**Job Title**: Accounts Executive
**Location**: Piplod, Surat

**Experience Required**: 2-4 Years (Relevant Experience in GST, TDS, ITR filing, and Reconciliation)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Preparation and timely filing of **GST returns** - GSTR-1, GSTR-2A reconciliation, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- Monthly and Quarterly **GST return filing** based on turnover and type of registration.
- **GST Reconciliation** between books and portal (Input Tax Credit - ITC matching).
- Monitoring and updating **GST filing due dates** and ensuring zero non-compliance.
- **Income Tax Compliance**:

- Filing of **Income Tax Returns (ITR)** for individuals, proprietors, and companies.
- Calculation and management of **advance tax**.
- **TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)**:

- Knowledge and implementation of **TDS provisions** under various **sections** including:

- **Section 194A** - TDS on Interest (other than interest on securities).
- Filing of **TDS returns**, issuing **Form 16/16A**, and TDS reconciliation.
- **Accounting & Reconciliation**:

- Maintaining and updating day-to-day accounting records.
- Handling **bank reconciliations**, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Tax Credit booking and verification from 2A/2B.
- **Audit & Compliance**:

- Assisting in **GST audit**, **Tax audit**, and **Statutory audit**.
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and understanding **audit limitations** under different sections.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- Strong understanding of **GST laws**, **TDS provisions**, and **Income Tax compliance**.
- Familiar with **GST software and accounting tools** (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar).
- Good knowledge of **Section 194A** and other TDS sections applicable to vendors, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in **Excel**, **reconciliations**, and **data management**.

**Additional Knowledge**:

- Awareness of **GST audit thresholds and limitations**.
- Clear understanding of **Input Tax Credit eligibility**.
- Up-to-date knowledge of **tax laws and filing schedules**.
