Responsibilities:

- **Creating and Modifying Drawings**:Draftsmen prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for architectural, civil, and infrastructure designs, including building plans, floor layouts, elevations, and sections.
- **Real Estate Focus**:They work on real estate projects like townships, residential and commercial buildings, and infrastructure layouts, often incorporating site visits and measurements into their work.
- **Collaboration**:They work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project teams, coordinating with them to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- **Documentation**:They maintain and organize project drawings, design files, and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Site Support**:They support site teams with drawing updates, changes, and redlining during project execution, incorporating survey data and topographical information.
- **Approvals and Submissions**:They assist with preparing drawings for land approvals, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) submissions, and other local municipal submissions.
- **Quality Control**:They ensure that all drawings adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and relevant building regulations.

Key Skills:

- **AutoCAD Proficiency**:Expertise in using AutoCAD software for both 2D and 3D drafting is essential.
- **Technical Drawing Skills**:Understanding of technical drawing principles, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- **Real Estate and Construction Knowledge**:Familiarity with real estate development processes, building regulations, and construction practices.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹9,161.70 - ₹33,092.27 per month
