Job Description- Draughtsman (Short term contract) Urgent requirementExperience: 5–6 YearsContract Duration: 15 Days to 1 MonthWork Mode: Work From OfficeTimings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PMLocation: Hitech City Hyderabad, TelanganaPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD skills to support our project team on a short-term contractual basis. The role requires precision, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings as required.- Update and revise existing drawings based on instructions from architects/engineers.- Coordinate with the project team to understand drawing requirements.- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical standards and project specifications.- Manage drawing files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.- Support in preparing BOQs or measurements (if required).Required skill/Qualification:- 5–6 years of experience as a Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architecture.- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D added advantage).- Hands-on knowledge of related tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software) is a plus.- Strong understanding of building drawings, detailing, and industry standards.- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality drawings within strict timelines.- Good communication and coordination skills.Contract Term:- Short-term engagement for 15 days to 1 month based on project requirements.- Full-time, work-from-office role (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).- Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
