**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers and generate leads through direct visits, networking, and other sales strategies.
- **Appointment Setting**: Contact potential clients to schedule appointments for product/service presentations.
- **Direct Meetings**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, present our offerings, and negotiate terms.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and strong customer relationships.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and to explore additional sales opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including daily activities, lead status, and closed deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share insights and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- **Incentives**: High incentive structure based on performance and sales targets.
- **Petrol Allowance**: Monthly petrol allowance to cover travel expenses.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
