Key responsibilities for this role will include:
1. Daily Client Interaction: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining clear communication and understanding their expectations. Regular meetings will be essential to keep them informed about project progress and address any concerns promptly.

2. Target Achievement: You will be responsible for setting project targets and goals, working closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your strategic planning and leadership will be crucial in meeting and exceeding these targets.

3. Subcontractor Management: As a Site Incharge, you will collaborate with subcontractors to ensure work is being carried out efficiently, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Your ability to motivate and manage subcontractor teams will be critical to the project's success.

4. Problem Solving: Projects can encounter unexpected challenges. Your experience and resourcefulness will be valuable in identifying potential issues and proactively devising effective solutions.

5. Quality Assurance: Maintaining high-quality standards will be a top priority. You will ensure that all work, whether conducted by our team or subcontractors, adheres to industry best practices and meets clients' requirements.
