**ob Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide information on the restaurant's offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and as per customer preferences.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:
- Ensure tables, chairs, and the overall dining area are clean and well-organized.
- Clean and reset tables after customers leave.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and presentable by ensuring utensils, glassware, and serving stations are organized.
- **Order Management**:
- Ensure that food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner and to the right table.
- Manage and assist in food delivery and customer orders as per the restaurant's process.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Address customer queries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with other service staff and kitchen crew to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in the overall daily operations of the café as required.
- **Other Duties**:
- Support in the opening and closing duties.
- Assist in the preparation area when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
