**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Two or more years of prior work experience
- One or more years of a career break following prior employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current resident of India
- Open to learn or cross-skill.
