**Job Profile**:
**Designation : Clinical Psychologist / Happiness Coach - (Female)**

**Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc Psychology**

**Experience : Minimum 3yrs in Adult Counselling must**

**Work Location : Bachupally, Hyderabad.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Help provide the client with an effective fitness plan and upload in the system
- Capture complete details as per assessment plan and discuss the goals.
- Follow up consultations as per schedule.
- To rule out program related doubts/confusion through call/mail/web chat and hand holding the client to achieve his/her goals.
- Follow up/tracking on compliance & thresholds.
- Take updates from secondary coach
- Maintain progressive report
- To devise suitable plan in accordance with the progress so far at the time of review
- Send alerts in case of non-adherence or alarming thresholds.
- Shall declare the performance related rewards.
- Will be responsible for complete program outcomes.

Effective Counseling Skills :Psychological Counseling: Clinical Counseling, Psychological, Adult Counselling, Social, Behavioral issues, Emotional Well-being, Academic & other concerns Excellent Communication Skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
