**Job Title**: Compressor Operator (Resident Engineer)

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 to ₹38,000 (Depending on interview performance)

**Educational Qualifications**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Gandhidham (Kutch): 1 position

**Responsibilities**
- **Service and Maintenance**:

- Perform servicing and maintenance of oil-flooded, oil-free screw compressors, and reciprocating compressors.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in compressors.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Promote and sell compressor parts and related services to clients.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical support and solutions to clients regarding compressor operation and maintenance.
- Prepare and present service and product demonstrations to customers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**.
- **Work Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in servicing oil-flooded, oil-free screw compressors, and reciprocating compressors.
- Prior experience working with OEMs or dealers/distributors of renowned compressor brands such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, ELGI, Kaeser, or Chicago Pneumatic is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong electrical and mechanical expertise in compressor servicing.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving technical issues in compressors.
- **Other Skills**:

- Ability to work in a dual role involving both sales and service activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
