**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining safety standards on site to ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or safety concerns and report findings to senior staff.
- Support the development and implementation of safety programs and training sessions for employees.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and safety audits.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing safety documentation, including safety plans and reports.
- Ensure that safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available, maintained, and properly used by employees.
- Provide support during safety drills and emergency response planning exercises.
- Participate in safety meetings, offering recommendations for improvements in safety practices.
- Assist in the review and development of safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address safety-related issues and implement effective solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO, or local safety standards (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess risks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams.
- Good understanding of workplace hazards and safe work practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹9,330.34 - ₹27,000.00 per month
