We are a boutique, growing agency looking to bring someone that is dynamic, creative and lively onto the team. We have a selection of clients ranging from Financial Services to Healthcare and are looking to add someone that can bring creativity and vibrance into the work we produce for our clients.

**About this Role**

In the next 12 months the Tussle Digital are planning to open an office in the Delhi area, at which point this will become a hybrid role (working from home and in the office)

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with experience running marketing campaigns for businesses across multiple platforms including but not limited to:

- Google Ads (PPC, Display, Remarketing, etc.)
- Google Business Profile (Posting Updates, Offers, Services, etc.)
- Meta Business Ads (Instagram, Facebook, Metaverse)
- LinkedIn
- Bing Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
- EDM - Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign/CampaignMonitor

You will also need to have experience with SEO management on websites to ensure organic traffic and growth are delivered for clients.

You will also consider yourself adept with the management of Reporting across these lines including:

- Google Analytics (Legacy and V4)
- Meta Ads Reporting
- EDM Reporting

You will be highly regarded if you have experience across any Programmatic Ad networks and experience running Programmatic campaigns.

You will either already possess or will need to complete your Google Ads Certification for the company to manage our Google Partner Status

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms for the company and our clients
- Manage social media marketing campaigns for our company and our clients
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

**Qualifications**
- A solid foundation in Digital Marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction
- Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
- A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
- The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously

**Salary**: ₹16,539.00 - ₹41,531.51 per month
