Job Objective Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient operation of the office and smooth communication across departments.
Act as a key liaison, coordinating and managing the General Manager's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks.
Support the hotel’s goals of excellence in business and luxury service standards, contributing to the overall success of operations.
- Essential Job Tasks Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, briefings, and conferences for the General Manager, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the General Manager, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the first point of contact between the General Manager’s office and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
Ensure that the General Manager’s office runs smoothly by managing day-to-day office tasks, supplies, and maintaining a neat, professional working environment.
- Areas of Responsibility Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations. Ensure that all documents are filed and organized efficiently.
Assist with the planning and execution of events and functions involving the General Manager, ensuring alignment with the hotel's business and luxury standards.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy regarding sensitive matters.
Provide administrative support for special projects initiated by the General Manager, assisting in research, document preparation, and logistics as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the General Manager’s priorities and requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
Perform any other administrative duties as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in handling varied responsibilities.
Uphold the Tata Code of Conduct, safety policies, and adhere to organizational values.
Act as a support to other departments whenever required.-
Required Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
Excellent proficiency in computers - MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good command over English and excellent typing skills
- Work Experience Minimum experience of 8 years as a Secretary-
Languages Needed in Position Should be fluent in both English, Hindi.-
