**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all the stages of marketing campaigns. You should actively engage in tasks according to the organization's requirements and demonstrate agility in your work.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**General**: Strong communication abilities are essential for effectively engaging with the team and management personnel during meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas. Should have a strong understanding of different marketing techniques and desire to learn along with professional drive.

**Designing **:Should have a designing skill for the social media posts and to have interest in learning recent upgrades in designing.

**Managing **:To manage the social media calendar effectively regarding the scheduled posts and have to actively manage the organization’s social media accounts.

**Campaigning **:Should create and run the marketing campaigns in the social media channels regularly and have to be kept updated with recent trends in campaigning.

**Analyzing **:Should analyze the google analytics to gauge the success of campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis. Every click, share and responses have to be analyzed and submitted for data analysis.

**Engaging **:Should actively generate engaging contents for posts, blogs, infographics and videos. Must be able to engage the audience on all social media channels through the contents.

**Surveying **:Must take continuous online polls and surveys as metrics to ascertain the brand’s reach to the customers. The survey results have to be submitted to the marketing team on a weekly basis for analysis.
