We are seeking a motivated, creative, and pet-loving Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern at Dhee's Pet Company, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from social media management to content creation and campaign execution. **Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including posts, stories, infographics, educational materials, and videos, with a focus on pet nutrition and pet care.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and blog, with content that resonates with pet lovers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the pet food industry.
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including visiting customers' homes, conducting interviews, and capturing videos for testimonials and promotional content, especially involving pets.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for pets in all marketing activities and interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging content
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for pets and a strong commitment to their well-being.

less than 10: ₹0
10 to 20: ₹250
21 to 30: ₹500
31 to 40: ₹750
greater than 40: ₹1000
- Follower Growth (Max ₹1000):
less than 50: ₹0
50 to 100: ₹250
101 to 200: ₹500
201 to 300: ₹750
greater than 300: ₹1000
- Content Creation (Max ₹1000):
Points: Post (2), Story (1), Reel (3), Video (5), Carousel (3)
less than 30: ₹0
30 to 40: ₹250
41 to 50: ₹500
51 to 60: ₹750
greater than 60: ₹1000
