We take care of different types of people of all ages, mentally affected children/ adolescents and adults regardless of their race, creed, sex, religion, socio - economic status or professional status. Our activities in the center include, running psychiatric Hospital, De-addiction treatment for alcoholics, Child/Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic and Guidance Unit, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, Teachers Training Institute for Autism and training for Autistic children.

**Job Summary**

Staff appointed in Kusumagiri Mental Health centre is a first-level professional who provides direct patient care to any patients/ beneficiaries assigned to him /her by in charge sister/department supervisor during him/her duty shift. While on duty, he/she assist in department management & supervision. As a responsible health care provider, she/ he should respect their authorities, department heads, co-workers, their clients/beneficiaries and their relatives and all other staff in the institution concerned. While serving she/he should possess, a thorough knowledge on the patients/beneficiaries whom he/she is in charge.

**Qualification**
- He should have MSW degree
- Should have 0-1 year experience

**Responsibilities**
- Take IP patient visit every day before Doctors rounds in ward and join with multidisciplinary team during the ward rounds. Report to Doctors about the patient’s condition if anything seems different and take clarification from the expert.
- Afternoon sessions of work includes for the betterment of Rehabilitation inmates. Supervise the personal cleanliness of inmates. Conduct various vocational activities to improve the social emotional and cognitive level of inmates without any fail, assign special duties for them.
- Submit report to administration about the monthly works done by the concerned person.
