Amazon ProServe India LLP is hiring senior-level ProServe Delivery Architects in our Customer Segment Professional Services group in India.
The ProServe Customer Delivery Architect (CDA) is a new growth role within the Professional Services organization with a unique mix of sales and delivery skills. The CDA works closely with AWS internal customers to understand their business challenges and helps create Professional Services engagements. In engagements the CDA acts as a spearhead consultant providing first class advisory to customers on AWS platform adoption to secure successful migration & modernization deliveries.
CDA actively collaborates with AWS account team members, such as Account Managers and Solution Architects (pre-sales) and other key contacts to accelerate customer and AWS success. CDA also earns trust with other external organizations representing ProServe in communities, user groups, business forums and/or speaking events.
CDAs are experienced hands-on AWS builders with obsession for customers and strong business acumen.
This role has a unique hybrid of AWS platform expertise and hands-on building, coupled with cross-industry business acumen, including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, obsession for customers, and their success using AWS that will align well with the desired outcomes to be produced.
The role will require travel to customer locations as needed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with the Professional Services customer practice manager, formulate and execute strategies to accelerate customer outcomes through AWS Professional Services engagements.
- Assist customer business and IT executives to define and execute enterprise-level cloud transformation programs and help create compelling business cases for the transition to the Cloud by identifying motivators and drivers that unlock business value for our customers.
- Assist the ProServe account manager in architectural discussions and design workshops with customers, and understand customer’s technical requirements deeply.
- Assist Professional Services account managers to develop detailed task plans, effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Guide and assist the delivery of strategic professional services engagements.
- Form strategic relationships with AWS technology and Systems Integrator partners.
