Project will be assigned to the Design Partner(DP) only once the client has made the booking with us

2. Designer will be the Point of Contact to the client during design phase

3. 3D renders, AutoCAD production drawings, Estimation update & handling clients will be your scope of work.

4. The project should be completed within the assigned time frame and P-track process has to be followed mandatorily.

5. A minimum of 3 Face to Face meetings with client is required; Initial site visit (DV), For material selection & Site validation after the design completion. Further meetings will be on client demand. Rest all communication can be carried out through online.If the designer does not attend the F2F meetings, After Build is permitted to deduct a certain amount from the DP payment.

6. You will be handing over the project to the Project Manager once the Work Agreement is approved by the client & thereafter you just need to be part of the group till the handover is done and the group is dispersed.

7. Designer would be responsible to get a client rating of minimum 7 out of 10 for the design phase. Any rating below 6 would be examined

8. Payout will be 4% on the order value (Third party items which is out of AB Scope and designing is not required will be out of scope for payments)

9. Payment structure will be as mentioned in Annexure 1(Page 2).

10. For any mistakes or errors at time of installation due to design errors, After Build holds the right to levy a certain percentage of the loss incurred from Design Partner payment

11. Due to unavailability of designer or client’s dissatisfaction with designer the project can be re assigned to any other designer at any stage without any pay

12. Professional behaviour & quick responses in group with client or the team is mandated. After Build will have the complete authority in replacing the designer without prejudice & pay for any professional misconduct or if client demands
