**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter all accounting transactions (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, etc.) into the Tally software.
- **Invoice Processing**: Generate and process sales and purchase invoices, ensuring they are recorded correctly in Tally.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable using Tally, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
- **Inventory Management**: Record and track stock movements and inventory values using the Tally ERP system.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports such as trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- **Data Backup and Security**: Regularly back up data entered into Tally and ensure proper data security measures are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation in Commerce
- Must have completed a **Tally course** from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in accounting or data entry roles is an advantage, especially with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** (Tally Prime preferred).

**Key Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
