**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Source top talent through various channels.

5. Collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.

**6. Use MS Office & tools to manage pipelines.**

7. Provide timely sourcing updates.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Proven Talent Sourcing experience.

2. Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.

**3. Strong English communication and organizational skills.**

4. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.

5. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

6. Sourcing or Recruiting certification is a plus.

Shift timings:
2pm - 11pm &
5pm - 2am (NO CAB FACILITY)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- US recruitment / International: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
