The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Assist with salary and benefits negotiations as needed.Implement systems, processes and automations in place to help us scale faster.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.- Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system and its regulatory requirements is a plus.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.- Ability to build systems and processes to scale faster.- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.-
- Ability to adjust work schedule to have a reasonable overlap with Eastern Time Zone(GMT-5)
