- Ensure packaging processes comply with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect packaging for defects or deviations from standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor packaging materials inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and train packaging staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce to optimize productivity.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including production logs and quality reports.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on packaging performance and issues.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Ensure all packaging equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of packaging materials and machinery in the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
