**Job Title: Process Associate - Insurance Department**

**Department**: Insurance Operations
**Location**: [Mohali]
**Reports To**: Team Leader / Process Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process insurance-related transactions (claims, underwriting, policy servicing) accurately and within set SLAs
- Ensure all activities are compliant with **Australian insurance regulations and internal policies**:

- Review and validate policy documents, customer information, and claims data
- Handle queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Escalate discrepancies or process gaps to team leads or managers
- Maintain records and update systems in accordance with data protection guidelines
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and training sessions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- **Experience or knowledge of Australian insurance processes is mandatory**:

- 1-2 years of experience in insurance or a back-office operational role (preferred)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and working with insurance platforms or CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to Australian regulatory bodies like ASIC or APRA
- Experience working with Australian insurance products (e.g., life, general, or health insurance)
- Knowledge of claims adjudication or policy lifecycle management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
