Key job responsibilities
- Participating in evaluations of new features designs and demo, drawing attention to accessibility issues.
- Collaborate across teams to develop existing and future accessibility initiatives
- Recommend and partner with Dev team in building accessibility tools and testing frameworks to improve operational excellence of design, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide accessibility expertise and innovate on behalf of our customers
- Come up with mechanisms to engage customers of all abilities being the voice of customers with disabilities.
- Work closely with user research and other teams to identify the top customer pain points and new feature needs. Suggest and share recommendations to build accessible products
- Collaborate across teams, domains and influence stakeholders to scale our accessibility processes, tooling, and features.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience working with assistive technology, such as screen readers, magnification software, switch control devices, text to speech, etc.
