**Salary: 3 LPA - 5 LPA**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for the entire Recruitment life cycle that included sourcing of resume, interviewing and short-listing, compensation (rate) and benefits negotiation and coordinate with Client.

Ø Handling complete Recruitment Cycle from end-to-end process.

Ø Scheduling and conducting preliminary rounds.

Ø Arranging face to face interviews.

Ø Managing offers and salary negotiation.

Ø Maintaining and organizing an updated database of the employees of the organization.

Ø Assisting and coordinating the recruitment process.

Ø Coordinate with the Hiring Managers (Business) for the clarity of requirements.

Ø Scheduling interview, doing Job Posting, Coordinating with the vendors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
