**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **pre-underwriting and post-closing due diligence** reviews for mortgage loan files.
- Evaluate loan documentation to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct **pre-purchase and post-purchase** reviews as per US mortgage standards.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies or missing documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all reviews and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and productivity targets.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in **Pre-Underwriting / Underwriting / Pre-Purchase Review / Post-Closing / Due Diligence**.
- Strong knowledge of **US Mortgage Process & Compliance**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a **Night Shift** environment.
