We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **F&B Executive** to join our team. The role involves ensuring smooth operations of the food & beverage department, maintaining service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, or outlets.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in training, guiding, and motivating F&B service staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost control measures.
- Support F&B Manager in planning, promotions, and revenue initiatives.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS systems as required.
- Maintain grooming and discipline standards for self and team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in F&B service (restaurants, hotels, or banquets).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of F&B trends, menu planning, and service etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
