Us Immigration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Assistant to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain client files, track case progress, and update clients on case status.
- Coordinate with government agencies, attorneys, and clients to ensure timely processing of immigration matters.
- Assist with client consultations and provide general immigration information.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration assistance or related field.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
