Job Title: US Immigration SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad Experience: 06 months to 4 years (No Freshers)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Immigration Specialist to manage and coordinate all aspects of immigration compliance, documentation, and HR support for US-based employees and consultants. The role involves end-to-end handling of visa processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, etc.), employee onboarding, compliance documentation, and coordination with attorneys and vendors to ensure accuracy and legal adherence.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process US immigration cases including H1B Transfers, Amendments, Extensions, CAP filings, RFE responses, I-140, and PERM.Prepare and review support letters, cover letters, itineraries, and other filing documents for visa petitions.Handle CPT, OPT, and STEM OPT offer letters, onboarding, and compliance through HR systems like Ceipal.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of PAF, LCA, I-9, E-Verify, I-983, and other immigration-related compliance documentation.Coordinate with attorneys, consultants, and vendors for documentation, MSAs, POs, insurance, and other legal paperwork.Maintain immigration reports, tracking sheets, and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Support HR functions including employee communication, issue resolution, and documentation support for immigration-related queries.Ensure timely follow-ups on visa expirations, renewals, and case status updates.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of US Immigration Processes (H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, I-140, PERM).Familiarity with tools like Ceipal and Imagility.Excellent documentation, record management, and reporting skills.Good communication and coordination with stakeholders (attorneys, vendors, and consultants).Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Any field. 6 months to 4 years of experience in US Immigration documentation and compliance.
