**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. As a Dietitian and a Dietetic Intern at Muditam, you will play a pivotal role in assisting patients with diabetes in managing their condition through customized dietary plans and lifestyle interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
2. Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients with diabetes and related health conditions.

3. Developing personalized meal plans tailored to each patient's needs, taking into account their medical history, preferences, and cultural considerations.

4. Educating patients about the impact of diet on diabetes management, blood glucose monitoring, and self-care techniques.

5. Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their dietary plans as required.

6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, and diabetes educators, to ensure integrated care for patients.

7. Create informative content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) to share evidence-based information with a wider audience.

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in diabetes management and incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care.

9. Participating in educational workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote diabetes awareness and prevention.

10. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our diabetes care services and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

2. Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is highly preferred.

3. Proven experience in managing patients with diabetes and a solid understanding of diabetes management principles.

4. Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy.

5. Exceptional communication skills to educate and motivate clients to achieve health goals, including being camera-friendly for potential media or educational content creation.

6. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain a patient-centered approach to care.

7. Empathy, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional patient experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
