Career Counselor

**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled Career Counselor to explain our courses to our potential customers. The Counselor will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close the deal.

**Role details**
- **Scope**:To exceed targets for New Business, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role
- **Work Location**: Salem, Tamilnadu
- **Working days**: 6 working days including Sunday(Compulsory); Week off can be on any day as per the roster
- **Salary Range**: INR 10K - 20K (Negotiable)

**Required Qualifications and experience**
- Graduation is mandatory with a minimum of 60% grade
- Minimum of 1 year experience is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
