**Your key responsibilities**

As FX & Rates Sales in GEM Asia India Local Markets India you will be responsible for:

- Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows
- Identify the risk management opportunities both onshore and outbound and increase the overall product density.
- Ideate new revenue themes in flows and derivatives
- Responsible for efficient execution, and pre and post trade activities
- Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation
- Client engagement - Market share acquisition.
- ‘Home of Best Fit’ - ensuring that strategic processes are performed in the most efficient and cost effective location Regulatory & audit interaction - support leadership team in ensuring that regulatory and audit requests are managed professionally and diligently

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Knowledge of client landscape, regulatory landscape, and product landscape.
- Knowledge of genesis of Client flows (i.e. Export, Import, Dividend, Balance sheet exposure both onshore and outbound etc )
- Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team.
- Creative personality. Innovative track record.
- Strong networking / communication skills
- 'Can do' positive attitude
- Quick learner
