The devotion market is a $44B opportunity in India (growing at 10% CAGR), which is primarily offline and unorganized. Of the $44B, temples drive GMV of ~$27B in offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India, about 10k of them have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these places is a $10B opportunity. Sri Mandir is growing 20-25% month-on-month.
**Role Overview**
As a **User Research Intern** for Sri Mandir, you will engage directly with our users through structured calls to understand their experiences, gather valuable insights, and help shape future product decisions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the user’s voice is heard and integrated into our product and strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct structured calls with users to gather feedback and insights.
- Document, organize, and analyze qualitative data from user conversations.
- Identify recurring themes, needs, and pain points in user feedback.
- Present key insights to product, marketing, and category teams to guide decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback for future reference.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Empathetic listener with the ability to engage meaningfully with users.
- Available to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 6 months.
