- Sales Executive, Location -Ajni Sq, Wardha Road, Near Haldirams, Nagpur**

**Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month-**

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and supporting business development activities through multiple channels.

This is a combination of field and inside sales where the BDE will be expected to set up meetings and engage in prospect engagement through in-person meetings.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Client Prospecting:

- Identify and research potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, social media, and other relevant tools.
- Validate and enrich existing leads in the CRM system.
- Qualify prospects and gather key information to enable decision-making.
- Cold Calling & Client Engagement:

- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients — virtually, in-person, or any mutually convenient mode.
- Conduct post-call follow-ups to maintain engagement and push prospects through the pipeline.
- CRM Management:

- Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information.
- Track communication history, meeting outcomes, and follow-up tasks
- Ensure target audiences are invited and present at seminars or events.
- Optionally accompany the BDM for client visits as per personal choice.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Sales and/or BD is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for outreach.
- Ability to manage CRM tools and track lead status effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in approach.
- Willing to travel within the city,
