**The Insignia Consultant** is a Digital Marketing company we specialize in Graphic Design studio, Branding & Marketing, Digital & Performance Marketing and Marketing Auditor & Strategies.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and developing effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads, qualify prospects and convert them into clients.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, online research, referrals).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos.
- Prepare and submit proposals and contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver results and manage projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve marketing challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
