**QA Automation Engineer | Tester**

Job Brief:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer | Tester to assess web quality through automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, and writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

In this role,you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we'd like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams in Jira | Issue & Project Tracking Software - Atlassian
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Communication and interaction with stakeholders to solve their problems
- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering,Computer Science,Information Technology or related
- Previous experience working of at least 2+ years as a QA automation engineer
- Complete understanding of automation systems and databases
- Knowledge of programming & scripting languages like python,java,JavaScript,HTML,CSS etcetera
- Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium (STE),Katalon Studio,Appium, Cypress and Cucumber
- Understanding of testing protocols
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and MySQL
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Ability to customize Selenium in various integrations
- Ability to manage project deadlines
- Desire to constantly learn new things and improve skills
- Skills for timely detection and elimination of bugs
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Cl/CD is a plus
