The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, detail-oriented, and collaborative in cross-functional environments.Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress - Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing - Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria - Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools - Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution - Maintain traceability between test cases and business requirements - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvementsRequired Skills - Minimum 5 years of experience in QA automation testing - Strong proficiency in automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress - Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript - Experience with API testing and automation frameworks - Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker - Good understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC processes - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
