**Experience**: 1-3 years in International Voice Process

**Immidiate Joining**

**Salary: 15K-25k in hand**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to customers' queries and concerns.
- Deliver world-class customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed set targets, including quality metrics, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings.
- Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skills** (verbal and written) in English.
- Prior experience in an **International Voice Process** is mandatory.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a **result-driven environment**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle irate customers professionally.
- Comfortable to work in **night shifts**.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
