**Role Summary**:
oversee the administrative function of our organization and also will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional support to the employees.
**Roles and Responsibility**:
1. Administrative Management:
- Oversee the administration of the organization, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Office Management:
- Manage the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and safe.
- Manage housekeeping, security, utilities and canteen/cafeteria services teams
3. Human Resources Support:
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and requests.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses.
- Manage and track administrative expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate administrative risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Travel desk Management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the management team.
8. Vendor Management
Maintain vendor base and ensure cordial relationship with all vendors
Timely payment release to vendors
**Role Specific Competencies**:
- Experience in Administrating an organization present in multiple locations
- Must worked in manufacturing organization
- Liasioning with local bodies, Political and non-political
- Automation projects
- IFM experience or knowledge will be add on
- Safety conscious
- Experience in new office in shifting is a value add.
