We are looking to hire a Sourcing Recruiter to support our IT&DA (Information Technology & Data Analytics) portfolio across India. This is a critical role within our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and will support global growth projects and the movement of key IT and data work to India. In this role you will focus on sourcing and recruiting the best tech talent available. This role is based from our Bangalore office and offers some flexibility for ‘hybrid’ working.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines
- Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time
- Attend intake sessions in partnership with GTA lead for new positions and projects and assist with requisition management activities
- Prioritize and deliver external sourcing activity for the IT and tech talent; maintain strong talent pipeline health
- Build collaborative business relationships with all stakeholders
- First time accuracy; high level of data integrity on all activities
- See the value in every person, diversity & inclusion at the heart of what you do
- Partner with GTA Lead on how to enhance sourcing channels across India

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 5 to 8 years’ of total experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing.
- 4 to 5 years of Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within technical or IT markets.
- Demonstrable experience of sourcing and maintaining talent pipelines
- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
- Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
- Understands the value of data
- Solid communicator, fluent in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies
- Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
- Eye for detail
- Digital literacy
- Experience using Workday and Avature would be an advantage but is not essential

**Relocation**:
