Executive - Sales & Marketing

Bhandari Children Hospital is one of the premier children hospitals in Udaipur. The hospital has been in existence for more than 24 years delivering high-quality care to children.

Having immense administrative and clinical experience at the medical college level has helped me in achieving my target. Our hospital is 100 a bed comprehensive health center for patients until 18 years of age. There are more than 10000 OPD visits a year and around 5000 hospital admissions per year. The hospital has a strong and dynamic team of highly qualified and experienced consultants, well-trained nurses, and paramedical staff.

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professional to join our team.

As the Executive of Sales and Marketing, you will play a vital role in promoting our children's hospital and increasing brand awareness in the local community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, attracting new patients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing patients and their families. The role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the children's hospital and its specialized services.
- Engage in grassroots marketing efforts to promote the brand in nearby communities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, social media, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, pediatricians, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to ensure the hospital remains competitive in the market.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with the local community and healthcare landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
