Production Executive

As a Resin Manufacturing Production Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the resin production process at our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that resin production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Your tasks will include coordinating production schedules, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that production goals are achieved.
Furthermore, you will be required to monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. This may involve identifying areas where efficiency can be enhanced, reducing waste, or implementing new technologies to streamline operations.
Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
To excel in this position, you should have a relevant degree, experience in production management within the manufacturing industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
