**POSITION: Production Executive/ Designee**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for preparing work instruction for Production and manufacturing activities.
- Carry out production activities as per production plan.
- Responsible for monitoring batch process.
- Maintain online documentation related to production activities like BMR, BPRs, logbooks and daily records.
- Qualification of production equipments and participation in validation activities.
- Responsible for taking line clearance at various stages.
- Responsible for giving requisition to store department for Raw material/ Packaging issuance for manufacturing of various products.
- Verification of Raw material/ Packaging material during dispensing as per BMR and receipt of raw materials and packaging materials as per BMR and BPR from store department.
- Manufacturing and packaging of product as per BMR and BPR.
- Maintaining documentation such URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and validation protocol with reports.
- Initiating any change by originating change control request.
- Proper segregation of material, labeling and identification, area cleaning and disinfection.
- Ensure cleaning and cleanliness of hard to clean parts of equipments during cleaning for product change over.
- Maintaining equipments and area cleanliness.
- Verify Preventive maintenance and calibration done according to schedule of equipments / utilities.
- Check on production yields and reconciliation at various stages of manufacturing.
- Responsible for training the workers working in the production area.
- Responsible forhandling of manpower and proper allocation of manpower
- Responsible for Internal audit preparation.
- Participate in external audit preparation and handling activities during audit.
- Responsible forproper cleaning of production area.
- cGMP documentation and their revision as and when required.
- Informs production Head for any deviation, significant problems, issues, or concerns related to production activity.
- Periodical review of SOP related to production functions and inform QA to incorporate revisions for betterment of work/developments.
- Responsible to participate in investigation and preparation of CAPA.
- Responsible to raise the deviation and change related issues to intimation the QA department.
- To verify the function and performance of equipments/ utilities.
- Monitor the equipment/ utilities related activity and ensure that it works satisfactory.
- To check and verified labeling and packing activity.
- Effectively Participate in re-processing and reworking activity.
- Status label updating as per routine process in different area.
- To fill the production related documents like BMR, BPR, ECR, Usage logbook..
- To check and verify the gowning, usage of PPE’s of workers in processing and controlled area.
- Compliance with cGMP norms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
